Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 August 2026
SocialFlow OS is operated by Amplified Street (Bulawayo, Zimbabwe). This policy explains what information we collect when you use socialflow.amplifiedstreet.com, including when you connect Facebook, Instagram, X, and other social accounts.
Information we collect
- Account details you provide, such as name, email, and workspace information.
- Social profile data you authorize, such as page or account name, handle, profile photo, follower counts, and content you choose to publish or schedule.
- Access tokens issued by platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) so SocialFlow can post, read insights, and manage connected pages on your behalf.
- Usage data needed to operate, secure, and improve the product.
How we use information
We use this information to run your workspace, connect and disconnect social channels, publish and schedule posts, show analytics, provide support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information.
Facebook and Instagram
When you connect Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the pages and professional accounts you select, plus tokens required to publish and read insights. We store those tokens securely and use them only for the permissions you grant. You can disconnect a channel at any time in SocialFlow, which removes that token from our systems.
Sharing
We share data with the social platforms you connect (for example Meta) only to perform the actions you request. We may also use infrastructure providers that host SocialFlow, such as Google Cloud / Firebase, under contracts that protect your data.
Retention and your choices
We keep account and connection data while your workspace is active. You can access or update your profile in Settings, disconnect social accounts in Channels, or request deletion of your data. See our data deletion instructions.
